Mr. Wilhelm has worked to defend employers in Illinois and specializes in Workers’ Compensation Defense. He has tried various cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and argued before the Circuit Court.  He is also a skilled negotiator and is meticulous in the handling of his cases.  He began working with Poulos & Di Benedetto Law in June 2011.  In addition to practicing law, Mr. Wilhelm is also an amazing piano player, and plays in both a Jazz and Rock band.
